"I arrived very late to the Best Western Jefferson Inn. I was traveling with my 2 year old and she was tired and uncooperative. The hotels were packed due to the softball tournament that was in town and the young man at the desk put me in a room that was already occupied. So, I left my things in front of the room and made my way back to the front desk. The people who were staying in the room had already alerted the front desk because I scared them half to death. The young man apologized and began working on the situation. At the time, I was very annoyed so he was quickly trying to rectify the situation. He then left to check the new room he was putting me in. Ten minutes later he arrived and told me that the new room was ready AND that he had moved all of my things into it! I was SO grateful----he had no idea what a WONDERFUL thing he had done for me.(If you have children you will understand, this allowed me to get my child into the room faster and I had 5 bags with me!) That young man is a GODSEND and I will stay at this hotel EVERYTIME we are in town."
